About Rian Shah
Rian Shah, ND is the owner and residency director of Cascade Integrative Medicine in Issaquah, Washington, which she founded in 2014. She earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in 2004 and holds board certification from the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners. She began her career as a scientific advisor at Doctor's Data, teaching physicians to interpret hormone, stool, micronutrient and heavy-metal assays, and later spent three years at an age-rejuvenation clinic in Tacoma. She is licensed in Washington, California, Arizona, Montana and Oregon, and her clinical interests include primary care, perimenopausal and menopausal support, bioidentical hormone replacement, and functional gastrointestinal, metabolic and endocrine care.
