Cascade Integrative Medicine is a naturopathic and functional medicine clinic in Issaquah, Washington, founded in 2014 by Rian Shah, ND, who is its owner and residency director and trains naturopathic residents there. The practice is staffed by nine naturopathic doctors and is in network with most Washington commercial insurance plans. Services span primary care, laboratory and functional testing, gastrointestinal work including SIBO and stool testing, bioidentical hormone replacement, IV therapy, platelet-rich plasma and microneedling. It sees patients in person from Issaquah, Sammamish, Renton, Bellevue, Maple Valley and North Bend, and by telemedicine elsewhere in Washington.
