Dr. Randall S. Colby, MD is co-founder of Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine in Columbia, SC. He met co-founder Dr. Billie Jean Waddell in 1992 at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and the two practiced pediatrics together for years before transitioning exclusively to aesthetic medicine in 2007, focusing solely on Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers.
