Palmetto Aesthetic Medicine is a boutique aesthetic practice in Columbia, SC founded by Dr. Billie Jean Waddell and Dr. Randall Colby, who met in 1992 at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and practiced pediatrics together before transitioning exclusively to aesthetic medicine. Since 2007, the concierge-style practice has focused solely on Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers, with every consultation and procedure performed personally by one of the two physicians. The practice also carries physician-grade skincare products including Obagi, Latisse, and Upneeq.
