About Neela Rao
Dr. Neela Rao is a functional and cosmetic facial plastic surgery specialist at Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates. Her specialty areas include surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation including blepharoplasty, eyebrow lift, laser skin resurfacing, Botox and dermal fillers. She also performs aesthetic and functional rhinoplasty, nasal septal perforation repair, facial reconstruction and scar revision. She has published several research articles and textbook chapters in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, including work with Dr. Toriumi on rhinoplasty techniques. She has taken part in numerous marathon fundraisers and humanitarian outreach programs in the United States, Kenya, Peru and the Dominican Republic.
