Nancy Pachuca, MD is a Texas native with more than a decade of experience in internal medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She manages common and complex conditions in adults. She joined Thrive Medical in June 2025 and is the primary physician at the Pflugerville clinic.
