About Nadav Fields

Nadav Fields is the medical director and a co-founder of CR8 Health. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and a master's in biomedicine at Florida Atlantic University before completing his medical degree at Touro College of Medicine in New York and an internal medicine residency at the University of Arizona. He is double board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He trained in bioidentical hormone replacement through the Preventative and Innovative Medicine Academy and is certified in peptide therapy, having trained with Dr. William Seeds.
