CR8 Health PGA is the North Palm Beach location of CR8 Health, a Florida group that also operates clinics in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale. The North Palm Beach centre focuses on longevity and functional medicine, offering hormone optimisation for men and women, peptide therapy, IV and NAD+ infusions, medical weight loss and recovery technology. It was co-founded by Nadav Fields, MD, who serves as medical director, and Jonathan M. Fields, a licensed acupuncturist and functional medicine practitioner.
