Dr. Mordcai Blau, M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery, Reconstructive Surgery certification) who has practiced cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in White Plains, New York for more than 30 years. He earned his medical degree from Tel Aviv University's Sackler School of Medicine in 1973 and completed his general and plastic surgery training at Albert Einstein Medical School in New York. He is widely known for developing the "Natural Blend Technique" for male breast reduction (gynecomastia) surgery.
