About Lyle M. Back
Originally from New York City, Dr. Lyle M. Back, MD, FACS graduated with honors from Rutgers Medical School and completed his surgical training at Ohio State. He is board certified in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and a longstanding member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has served as a professor of Plastic Surgery at Temple University and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and has performed reconstructive surgery with Operation Smile in Vietnam. He has been in private practice in the Philadelphia area for over 30 years and directs Cosmetic Skin Care Specialists of Cherry Hill, located on site at his surgery center.
