Thank you for your interest in our practice! Your insurance may provide coverage for many of our procedures. We accept all insurance plans. While Dr. Back is not contracted directly with any insurance carrier, you will only be responsible for your standard in-network co-pay and deductible. This is because your procedure will be performed at a local in-network facility (for example, Virtua Health). All we need from you is your insurance information. Our Insurance Coordinator will handle the rest! To begin the process, we’ll need you to schedule an office consultation with Dr. Back to determine the best treatment plan for you. At that time, our Insurance Coordinator will begin by verifying your eligibility and benefits with your insurance carrier. In most cases, we’ll have an answer for you within 1 week!
