About Kevin Sadati

Kevin Sadati, DO is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and trained otolaryngologist practicing in Newport Beach, California, at The Gallery of Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Lounge. He was drafted into mandatory military service after high school and worked as a medic before immigrating to the United States from Iran, later earning dual degrees in Molecular Cell Biology and Near Eastern Art at the University of California, Berkeley on scholarship. He received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Chicago and completed surgical training in General Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Head and Neck Surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, followed by fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and additional facial cosmetic surgery training in Seattle. He developed the Double C-Plication and Triple C-Plication facelift techniques and subsequently the Preservation Deep Plane Facelift, later termed the Preservation Lift, which was published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has lectured at American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery meetings, IMCAS in Paris, the NYC Facelift Master Course, and the Cairo Face Summit, and is also a practicing sculptor and painter.
