About Kevin Perman

Kevin Perman, MD is an oculofacial plastic surgeon practising in the greater Washington, D.C. area with more than 35 years of surgical experience. He earned his medical degree at George Washington University Medical Center, completed an eye surgery residency at Medstar-Georgetown and Washington Hospital Center, and completed an oculofacial plastic and orbital fellowship at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA Medical Center under Dr. Henry Baylis. With Dr. Baylis he co-founded the Journal of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the official journal of ASOPRS. He was an approved clinical investigator of botulinum toxin before its FDA approval and received an American Academy of Ophthalmology Career Service Award.
