About Keelee MacPhee
Dr. Keelee MacPhee is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Durham, North Carolina, in practice for more than 17 years. She has worked with the transgender and non-binary patient population since 2005 and describes gender-affirming surgery as the most rewarding aspect of her practice. In addition to transgender surgery she performs general cosmetic surgery including breast surgeries, abdominoplasty, and a wide range of facial cosmetic procedures. She worked as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Maryland before returning to North Carolina in 2005 to open her own practice, and served as chair for Plastic Surgery at Rex.
