About Karli Plunkett

Karli Plunkett, DMSc, PA-C, LME is the founder and owner of Nectar Aesthetics, a medical spa with locations in Sanford and Orlando, Florida. She worked for nearly a decade as a licensed medical esthetician before becoming a board-certified physician associate and beginning to inject in 2017. She holds a Doctor of Medical Science from Rocky Mountain University, completing the advanced clinical practice track with a focus on regenerative aesthetic medicine. In 2022 she became a national trainer with the Allergan Medical Institute, educating aesthetic injectors and medical spa teams across the southeastern United States. She specialises in facial balancing, cannula technique and comprehensive treatment planning.
