About John Beech
John Beech, DC is a licensed chiropractor and dual-certified functional medicine practitioner who founded Wellness Foundations in Turlock, California. He first established a practice in 1995, focusing on pain and injury through hands-on chiropractic care. In 2008 his own health challenges led him to the root-cause approach of functional medicine, which changed the direction of both his health and his career. Recognising how many of his patients were affected by stress, diet, inactivity and poor sleep that no other provider was addressing, he established Wellness Foundations. He is certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine and Functional Medicine University, and has trained with the Kalish Institute, Dr. Peter Osborne, the Living Proof Institute and Dr. Datis Kharrazian, with advanced training in mild cognitive decline and early Alzheimer's under Dale Bredesen, MD.
