Wellness Foundations is a functional and lifestyle medicine practice in Turlock, California, established by John Beech, DC, a licensed chiropractor and dual-certified functional medicine practitioner who first opened a practice in 1995 and moved to a root-cause model after his own health challenges in 2008. The practice treats digestive disorders, hormonal and endocrine imbalances, autoimmune conditions and fatigue, and describes gut health as the foundation of its clinical approach. Care is delivered as fixed-fee programs, Foundations Lite from $2,999 and the Foundations Program from $4,999, covering four to eight physician appointments, comprehensive laboratory testing with video interpretations, personalised supplement plans and a neurological evaluation. Episodes of care run six to twelve months, with health coaches and nutritionists supporting patients alongside the doctor. Dr. Beech is certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine and Functional Medicine University, and the practice serves California's Central Valley.
