About Jiri Konecny
Dr. Jiri A. Konecny obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA in 1991. He completed three years of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ in 1999, after serving as a general surgery resident and chief resident at Peninsula Hospital Center in Far Rockaway, NY. He is in private practice as a thoracic, vascular and cosmetic surgeon in Long Beach, CA, where he is Medical Director of Estea Laser and Cosmetic Center and the Estea Ambulatory Surgery Center. He is a past vice-chief of surgery at College Medical Center in Long Beach and past Chief of Staff at Pacific Hospital of Long Beach. He devotes most of his practice to cosmetic and varicose vein surgery and regenerative medicine.
