About Jaclyn Tolentino
Jaclyn Tolentino is a board-certified family medicine physician and doctor of osteopathy with over 15 years of experience, and the founding lead physician at Love.Life in El Segundo, California. She practices integrative and functional medicine, specializing in hormone optimization, metabolic health, immune resilience and whole-person care. A graduate of the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, she completed her residency at Westchester General Hospital and pursued additional training through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She holds certifications in Advanced Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Applied Quantum Biology, and previously served as a senior physician at Parsley Health.
