About Jacklyn Halpin
Jacklyn Halpin, DNP is the founder and CEO of Aesthetic Couture, a medical spa with offices in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector who began her career as a certified nursing assistant in 2010, then qualified as an LPN and an RN with a BSN, completed a Master of Science in Nursing, and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2022. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from East Tennessee State University and has completed advanced injectable training with several nationally recognised aesthetic practitioners. She co-founded Skin of Color Aesthetics, LLC, an online platform that trains clinicians to treat skin-of-colour patients, and is a published co-author of "Considerations for Laser Therapy, Microneedling and Chemical Peels When Treating Patients with Skin of Color."
