About Holly Ruttan

Holly Ruttan, NP-C is a Toledo native who has worked with David J. Kouba, MD, PhD since 2016. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Toledo. She spent thirteen years in emergency medicine before moving into dermatology. She performs minor surgeries and cosmetic procedures and specializes in skin cancer screenings, Botox, lip fillers, laser hair removal and the treatment of brown spots and veins. She practices at the Lambertville office.
