About Gail Crear

Gail Crear, MD has practiced internal medicine in Texas since 2013 and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned bachelor's degrees in biology and government at the University of Texas at Austin and attended Baylor College of Medicine for both medical school and her internal medicine residency. She worked as a perioperative hospitalist in Dallas from 2016 to 2019 before joining Thrive Medical in 2019 as a founding physician. She combines medical and lifestyle strategies in patient care.
