About Francesco Gargano
Francesco Gargano, MD, PhD is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon practising on Park Avenue in Manhattan. He earned his medical degree magna cum laude from Sapienza University of Rome and completed European residency training in plastic and reconstructive surgery there along with a PhD in plastic surgery, human anatomy and dermatology. He completed a plastic surgery fellowship at New York University, held an associate professorship at the University of Modena, completed a craniofacial fellowship at Miami Children's Hospital and finished a US plastic surgery residency at Brown University. He developed the Yin-Yang breast reduction and mastopexy technique and is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital and Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
