About Ethan Richards
Ethan Richards, DO is the founder and medical director of Function of Y Health in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with experience across family medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine and mens health and wellness. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences after completing a Master of Science in Biology at Murray State University with an emphasis in developmental and cellular biology. His postgraduate training includes a family medicine residency through the University of Missouri-Kansas City at Truman Medical Center and a fellowship in womens health and surgical obstetrics at Truman Medical Center Lakewood. He is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and has contributed to academic presentations and research publications on diabetes care, family medicine education, extracellular matrix biology and early embryologic development. He has lived and worked in the Fort Mill area for the past seven years.
