Function of Y Health is a direct-care health and longevity clinic in Fort Mill, South Carolina, serving the Charlotte metro area. It was founded by Ethan Richards, DO, an osteopathic physician who trained at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed a family medicine residency through the University of Missouri-Kansas City at Truman Medical Center. The clinic specialises in testosterone replacement, hormone optimisation, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, erectile dysfunction treatment, IV therapy and functional medicine. Laboratory work is drawn and reviewed in-house so patients receive results and a treatment plan in a single visit. The practice does not bill insurance and offers telehealth follow-up after an initial in-person appointment.
