Emily Mitchell is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist at Love.Life in El Segundo, California, a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics and a certified diabetes care and education specialist. She previously served as the sports performance dietitian for the LA Galaxy and director of sports nutrition for UCLA Athletics.
