About Douglas Marx
Dr. Douglas Marx is a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon specializing in eye socket, eyelid, and tear duct surgeries. A native of Utah, he completed undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and medical school at Georgetown University, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed residency at Baylor College of Medicine and a two-year oculoplastic surgery fellowship at Oregon Health and Sciences University, where he received the Distinguished Service Award. He previously served on the faculty at Baylor College of Medicine, was a team doctor for the Houston Rockets, and held the position of Division Chief of Oculoplastics at the Moran Eye Center. He is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Utah and is involved in complex adult and pediatric cases at the University of Utah and Primary Children Hospital.
