About David W. Kim
David W. Kim, M.D. is a double-board certified facial plastic surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck, with his office in the North Embarcadero area of San Francisco. He has produced over 50 papers, articles and chapters in the medical literature and has taught at over 50 conferences throughout the world. In 2003 he was appointed Chief of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology at UCSF, where he served until 2009. He is a member of the board of directors of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and currently serves as its Western Region Director.
