About David A. Kingrey
Dr. David A. Kingrey joined The Ochsner Eye Center in 1998 and founded what is now Vision Surgery Consultants. He is a native of Wichita and a graduate of the University of Kansas Medical School, and completed a residency in ophthalmology at Ohio State University. He has extensive experience as an ophthalmologist and in ophthalmic microsurgery. He has performed over 45,000 cataract and 9,000 LASIK procedures. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Medical Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
