About Davek Sharma
A local to Fort Myers, Dr. Davek Sharma graduated from Bishop Verot High School in 2007 and returned home to Lee County to practice. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology, then earned his medical degree from Florida International University College of Medicine in Miami. He completed a five-year General Surgery residency at Jefferson Health in Abington, Pennsylvania, where he received the exceptional teaching resident award and served as Chief Resident in his final year. He then completed a three-year independent fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Reading Hospital, Tower Health, during which he completed over 1,700 plastic surgery operations. He joined the practice in October 2024.
