About Courtney Gwinn

Courtney Gwinn, M.D., FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist with Advanced Dermatology & Skin Surgery, practicing at its Spokane Valley and Coeur d'Alene offices. An Idaho native, she earned a biochemistry degree with honors from the University of Utah and her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha in both her junior and senior years. She completed an internal medicine internship and her dermatology residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, then a Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship at SkinCare Physicians in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts under Dr. Thomas Rohrer, concurrent with a cosmetics, laser and procedural dermatology fellowship under Dr. Kenneth Arndt and Dr. Jeffrey Dover. She is trained by the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and performs cosmetic surgery including blepharoplasty and brow lift.
