About Corey Feldman
Corey Feldman, PA-C founded Trivida Functional Medicine in Centennial, Colorado in 2013. He holds a Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University and a Bachelor of Science in sports and exercise science from the University of Northern Colorado, and previously worked as an athletic trainer for the Colorado Crush and the Denver Broncos. He spent six years in urgent care, family practice and emergency room settings before moving into functional medicine so he could spend more time with each patient. He is certified in functional medicine by the Medicine with Heart Institute.
