Trivida Functional Medicine is a functional medicine practice in Centennial, Colorado, founded in 2013 by physician assistant Corey Feldman and serving patients from its Centennial office and virtually throughout Colorado. Its programs pair medical care with regular 30 to 60 minute health-coaching appointments and messaging access, structured around a Test, Build and Commit framework spanning nutrition, hormones, stress, detoxification and mobility. Clinical services include advanced lab and blood testing, hormone replacement therapy, thyroid and gut health treatment, and body composition analysis, supported by personal training and supplementation. The practice is led by Feldman with a second physician assistant and a medical director, and is co-owned by chief executive Meghann Feldman.
