About Charles Slack
Dr. Charles Slack is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of North Texas Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Allen, Texas, serving McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. A graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School, he completed his general surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital and his plastic surgery residency at Georgetown University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast. He has over 35 years of experience and personally meets with every patient at the initial consultation. He has been recognized multiple times in D Magazine Best Doctors edition and is Past President of both the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Parkland Surgical Society.
