About Cesar Velilla
Dr. Cesar Velilla is the founder and medical director of Evolution MD in Miramar, Florida. The practice states he has performed over 40,000 body contouring procedures across a career of more than 20 years and developed the techniques V-SLIMSCULPTURE and WASP WAIST. He earned his medical degree in Colombia, completed an Internal Medicine residency in Chicago, and trained in General and Plastic Surgery at Universidade Brasil in Sao Paulo. He is Scientific Director of the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons and a board member and course faculty of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He has published in The American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery and completed an executive certification in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from Harvard University.
