About Brian Trainor
Brian Trainor, ND, IFMCP founded Trinity Naturopathic in Coronado, California in 2024 and expanded it into a multi-disciplinary wellness center in 2025. He graduated from West Point in 2013 and served as an Army officer, and was a Division I athlete and All-American triathlete. He earned his naturopathic doctorate from Bastyr University California in 2020, served on the California Naturopathic Doctors Association board, and completed a two-year naturopathic residency in 2022 specialising in peptide therapy, hormone optimization and complex root-cause resolution. His focus areas are peptide and hormone therapy, performance and male health, complex root-cause resolution, and regenerative and veteran health.
