Trinity Naturopathic is a naturopathic and regenerative medicine center in Coronado, California, founded by Brian Trainor, ND, as a solo practice in 2024 and expanded into a multi-disciplinary health and wellness center in 2025. Care is organized into three areas: naturopathic and functional medicine, advanced recovery and regenerative therapies, and manual and physical medicine. Services include hormone and peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy and NAD+ infusions, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the HOCATT hyperthermic ozone sauna, clinical acupuncture, and fascial counterstrain and myofascial work. The clinical team comprises two naturopathic doctors, a doctor of acupuncture and oriental medicine, integrative health coaches and a manual-therapy specialist. The practice serves athletes, veterans and women's health patients, and offers both fee-for-service care and monthly membership tiers.
