About Brian Phan
Brian Phan, PA-C is a certified physician assistant on the oculofacial plastic and reconstructive team at Kristin Tarbet Facial Plastic Surgery in Bellevue, Washington. He holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Portland, with minors in chemistry and sociology, and a Master of Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington. He provides pre-operative and post-operative care and performs in-office procedures including Botox, chalazion removals and eyelid lesion excisions. His clinical scope includes dry eye disease and meibomian gland dysfunction, thyroid eye disease, misdirected lashes, benign eyelid lesion removal, blepharoplasty work-ups and ptosis evaluations, and medical therapy for blepharospasm. He also serves in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Civil Affairs Officer.
