About Brian Dickinson

Brian P. Dickinson, MD is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon practising in Newport Beach, California, with a focus on facelift, blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. He received his undergraduate degree in neuroscience at Brown University, where he was inducted into the Sigma Xi science honor society and won the Merck Award for organic chemistry. He earned his medical degree at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, where he served as a gross anatomy teaching fellow, was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and graduated at the top of his class. He completed general surgery and then plastic surgery training at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center, where he received the Plastic Surgery Division Research Award. He is also known for abdominoplasty and complex abdominal wall reconstruction, and performs oncoplastic, tissue expander, latissimus dorsi and DIEP flap breast reconstruction, having performed DIEP flap reconstruction in Orange County for over 17 years.
