About Brenda Edmonson
Dr. Brenda Edmonson is an ophthalmic plastic surgeon with a special interest in cosmetic facial surgery. An Alabama native, she graduated Cum Laude with a double major in chemistry and biology from the University of North Alabama and received her MD from the University of South Alabama, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed an internship at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, an ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee, and a two-year fellowship in Eye Plastic and Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Abington, Pennsylvania. She has authored papers on oculoplastics and coauthored book chapters on oculoplastics, cosmetic surgery, and liposuction. She has practiced in Huntsville since 2006.
