About Ayman El-Attar
Ayman El-Attar, MD is an aesthetic physician and surgeon at Alinea Medical Spa in New York City with more than 30 years of experience. He graduated with honours from Alexandria Medical School in 1987, completed residencies in general surgery and family medicine, earned a master's degree in surgery in 1992 and completed a PhD thesis in 1998. He served as assistant lecturer of surgery at Alexandria University and as a visiting instructor at the Medical College of Ohio. His clinical focus is power-assisted and laser-assisted liposuction and upper and lower blepharoplasty. He is president of the American Aesthetic Association, program director of the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, and founder of the Derma Laser Center of New Jersey.
