About Andres Sarraga

Dr. Andres Sarraga was born and raised in Puerto Rico and attended medical school at the University of Puerto Rico, where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and ranked in the top 10 percent of his class. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Puerto Rico, was named intern of the year, and became board certified in general surgery before moving into plastic surgery. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts, training with Boston's leading aesthetic surgeons in facial plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, body contouring, and fat grafting, and later completed a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Dr. Pascale Perusse. He served as Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Plastic Surgery at UMass, joined Dr. Storch's South Florida practice in July 2012, and now leads the ARTIS Institute, having been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for five consecutive years.
