About Andrei Marechek

Dr. Andrei Marechek is an MD, DDS surgeon at Maxillo-Facial Surgery Institute in Irvine. He earned his DDS from the UCLA School of Dentistry and his MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, then completed a five-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University, training at University Hospitals and MetroHealth Medical Center Level I trauma centers and the Cleveland Clinic. He subsequently completed an AACS facial cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Perenack Aesthetic Center. His clinical focus includes facial aesthetic surgery, facial recontouring, TMJ surgery, and orthognathic jaw surgery. He holds operating privileges at Hoag Hospital and UCI Medical Center and clinical faculty appointments at UCI Medical Center and the UCLA Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
