About Allyson Howarth
Allyson Howarth is the founder and chief executive of Heal Functional Medicine in Keizer, Oregon, and has practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2016 with eighteen years of nursing experience. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, a Master of Public Health and a Master of Health and Wellness from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University. She is functional medicine trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine and trained through the Institute of Functional Nutrition Academy, and is credentialed as both a family nurse practitioner and a women's health nurse practitioner. She is an Air Force veteran.
