About Alla Fishman

Alla Fishman is Aviva Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics' medical aesthetician, with over 30 years of experience in the aesthetic field and a graduate of the International School of Skin, Nailcare & Massage Therapy. Originally from Russia, she moved to the United States in 1992 and settled in Atlanta, GA. Her expertise spans skin health, medical-grade skincare, acne and acne-scar treatment, microneedling, Morpheus8, Forma treatment, chemical peels, and lymphatic massage. She closely collaborates with her daughter, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Inessa Fishman, helping patients recover from surgery and resurfacing procedures and developing customized skincare programs.
