About Alina I. Peffer
Dr. Alina Peffer is the founder of Dermillume MD Aesthetics in Spokane, WA, and describes her practice as physician-led care built around a comprehensive beauty consultation and a personalized treatment plan. She was born and raised in Ukraine and earned her MD degree at the University of Odessa before immigrating to the United States. She completed postgraduate training and certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine at the Spokane Teaching Health Center, and has served as a hospitalist in Spokane for over 15 years while teaching as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine. She completed an aesthetic fellowship at Premier Derm MD Aesthetic Clinic in San Diego and holds certification from the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
