Dr. Ziad Katrib is a highly trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a focused specialization in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty . His practice philosophy is centered on the belief that nasal aesthetics and nasal function are inseparable , and that successful rhinoplasty must address both Dr. Katrib was born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Charleston, West Virginia . He completed both his undergraduate education and medical school training at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology . After completing residency, Dr. Katrib was accepted into a highly competitive Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship in Latham, New York , under the mentorship of Dr. Edwin Williams , former President (2015–2016) of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery .
