Born in Cuba and raised in Louisville, Dr. Bazan has always felt a deep connection to the community he calls home. After several years practicing in Cincinnati, he returned to Louisville with a clear goal: to provide compassionate, personalized care in a calm and welcoming environment where patients feel truly heard. He believes in listening first, educating patients so they can make confident decisions, and providing high-quality, conservative care tailored to each individual, in a judgment-free environment, every visit.
