Well Life ABQ is a membership-based Direct Primary Care clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded by Katherine "KC" Raver, FNP-C. Alongside conventional primary care, it runs an integrative line including bioidentical hormone replacement and hormone pellet therapy, a semaglutide medical weight-loss program, B12 and MIC injections, prolotherapy, and nutritional infusions through a sister clinic, Infusion Clinic ABQ.
