Peak Vitality ABQ is a private, clinician-led optimization practice in Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico, operating from a single office on Montgomery Boulevard. All care is delivered directly by Connie Lopez, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, rather than through a rotating-provider model.
